Kevin serves as Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Engine One Dealer Consultants. In this capacity, Kevin is responsible for overall strategy of Engine One and day-to-day operations of the services provided to our dealers. Kevin will focus on working in the field on all day-to-day activities with our dealer partners.

Kevin spent a combined 34 years with Jim Moran & Associates, Inc. (JM&A Group) and Southeast Toyota Distributor LLC., subsidiaries of JM Family Enterprises, Inc. starting as a salesman gaining retail experience at JM Pontiac for the initial 3 years. Kevin held positions of new and used car manager, GSM, F&I manager and Director during his tenure at JM Pontiac. Kevin was then promoted to the JM&A Group as a District Manager. Kevin worked as a Southeast Toyota District Sales Manager in both the Birmingham and Tampa markets. In 2003, Kevin was promoted to Division Manager over the West Coast of Florida and Jacksonville for the JM&A Group. In 2018, Kevin was promoted to Area Manager over the state of Florida, excluding the Panhandle, to include Puerto Rico. Kevin has spent over 30 years in the Florida market working with dealers to produce exceptional F&I results and customer satisfaction.

Kevin is a 1988 graduate from the University of Florida. He has been married to his wife Bernadette since 1993 and is the father of three girls, Ashley, Meaghan, and Emma. In his spare time Kevin travels and spends time with his wife, three daughters and friends. Kevin also enjoys playing golf and boating. Kevin has served as a board member for a non-profit, Prep&Me, since 2022 and as a board member for the Cox Automotive Dealership Group since 2023.

Jeremy serves as Chief Operating Officer and Founder for Engine One Dealer Consultants. Jeremy is responsible for account acquisition, review of F&I structures, and day-to-day operations of the services provided to Dealers.  

Jeremy spent 20 years with Jim Moran & Associates, Inc. (JM&A Group) a subsidiary of JM Family Enterprises, Inc. where he began his career in the automotive industry. It was through their Career Development Program that he learned the essentials needed to be successful in the retail automotive space. From there, Jeremy was promoted to a Finance and Insurance Specialist where he traveled the country working in various dealerships providing training and support to those customers. In 2004, Jeremy was promoted to District Manager in the Tampa Bay market where he began to grow and develop his own territory. Shortly after, he was promoted to the role of Region Manager, where he managed a team of associates and their respective territories. Jeremy has spent his entire automotive career in and around the Tampa market.

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Cumberland College in 2001. He has been married to his wife Stephanie since 2004 and has three amazing children. Jeremy and his wife serve their community through their non-profit, New Life Warehouse, a local organization that helps families start over. As of January 2025, New Life Warehouse has served over 2,000 families in the Tampa Bay area. When he is not helping others, Jeremy enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as cycling and playing golf.
